Double Layer Forming Fabric Description
Double-layer forming fabric is a unique weaving process characterized by the double-layer structure design of the weft yarns. Compared with single-layer forming fabrics, the double-layer design provides a higher warp and weft yarn density and enhances the structural stability of the fabric.
The special structure of the double-layer fabric gives it excellent three-dimensional spatial properties, making flat space almost non-existent. This three-dimensional structure brings excellent drainage properties to the fabric, helping to improve water filtration efficiency and prevent moisture from affecting the paper layer.
In addition, the fabric also has good chemical resistance and heat resistance, and can operate stably under harsh environmental conditions.
