Triple Layer Forming Fabric Description
Three-layer forming fabric has two separate single layers of fabric bonded together by separate yarns.
On the forming side, the yarn diameter is smaller to increase the support index. In terms of wear, the transverse yarns have a larger diameter to increase the service life of the fabric. Polyester triple-layer forming mesh, also known as distance mesh or long mesh, is characterized by the fact that the longitudinal length of the mesh is greater than the transverse length. This kind of forming wire has been widely used in the paper industry, especially in high-speed paper machines.
